If you think you need to make a claim against our $2 million host insurance, let us know right away. This host insurance is very different from making a claim against the guest's security deposit.
Security Deposit: If you need to withhold the guest's security deposit, please notify us within 24 hours, and with photographs of any damages, garbage or other items.
Host Insurance: If there is a liability issue involved with the booking and you would like to make an insurance claim, please contact us. Include your full name, the guest's name, booking date(s) and all relevant details that may be valuable.
