What happens if my host cancels my booking?

On a rare occasion, a host may have to cancel your booking. Should this happen, you will receive a full refund of your booking (including the security deposit and payment processing fee), and our Support Team will contact you right away to discuss the next steps. The Team will be there every step of the way to offer help and guidance in finding a new space within your original budget and booking date(s).
