If you contact a host by clicking on Request to Book, the host has 24 hours to respond. They are sent reminders to ensure they see and respond to your request. We do our best to ensure all our hosts provide a response in a timely manner. If you entered your payments details and you don’t hear back from a host, your credit card will not be charged.
