What do I do if my request expires?

If your booking request expires (your host doesn’t respond within 24 hours of your initial request), your credit card will not be charged for that request and you will receive an email with suggestions of similar spaces to book! We’re here to help you find the perfect space :)
If you’re really interested in that particular spot, and would like to contact the host again, don’t be afraid to reach out again! The host may have been busy, out of the office or just didn’t get a chance to confirm or reply to your first request. If you're unsure if you should reach out again, you can always let our Support Team know and we can reach out to the host on your behalf.
