Cancelled bookings: When can I expect my refund?

If you're eligible for a refund (see cancellation policies), you'll see a credit on your statement approximately 5-10 business days after the refund's been processed, depending on your bank.

Refunds are always sent back to the original charge source (ie. your credit or Visa debit card). It’s not possible to refund a charge to a different destination (e.g., another card or bank account). If the charge card expired or was canceled, your new card will be credited with the refund.
