How do I change or withdraw an offer?
You can make changes to or withdraw an offer as long as a guest hasn't accepted it.
Changing an offer
To change an offer:
- Go to your Inbox
- Open the message from the guest you sent an offer to
- Click Edit on the bottom right-hand side
- You can change the dates, check-in and check-out times, booking fee, cleaning fee, and security deposit.
- Click Send Offer
Withdrawing a special offer
To withdraw an offer:
- Go to your Inbox
- Open the message from the guest you sent an offer to
- Click Decline on the top right-hand side
- To confirm, select the reason you are declining and write a message to your guest
- Click Decline Offer
If the guest has already booked your space, email us to make any changes to confirmed bookings.
