Reply to new booking requests within 24 hours. Hosts who respond within 12-hours receive 90% of bookings on thisopenspace. You can always decline a request – just let the guest know your reasoning.
Communication

Payment and Payout 
You will receive your payouts through direct deposit to your bank according to this payout schedule. Enter your banking information to setup your automated payouts.
