How long do I have to respond to a request?
You will be sent an email when the request comes in. You can easily reply through your e-mail inbox to respond to the request. If you need more time to review the booking, send a quick message to the guest and let them know.
There are two types of booking requests in your inbox:
1. Ready to Book
You have 24 hours to respond to the guest. If the booking request expires, the conversation will close. If the guest is interested in booking your space, they may send you a new request.
Prior to confirming a booking, make sure to ask for any necessary details that would help finalize your decision.
You have 48 hours to respond to the guest. This often means the guest has questions about your space. Make sure you provide a thorough answer and ask any questions you may have regarding the booking.
