How do I charge overtime?

If you can accommodate the extended booking and you'd like to charge extra for the additional time, you can send your guest a message that includes the additional cost for the overtime.

If you have added a security deposit to the booking, you can make a security deposit claim for the additional time. If not, you can contact us to collect the overtime charge from the guest. All overtime must be reported within 48 hours after the check-out time.

If you’re unable to accommodate the extra time, let your guest know that your space is not available and ask them to leave by the check-out time. If the guest continues to remain in your space beyond the check-out time, you can make a security deposit claim for the additional time.
