How do I respond to a review?
Once a booking ends, you will receive an e-mail to review your experience with the guest. Within the e-mail, click on the Write Your Review button to submit your response.
We encourage you to share a word of thanks to create a smooth guest experience.
You can also access your reviews through viewing your past bookings.
You have up to 14 days to leave a review. Once you submit a review, it will become public as soon as both parties leave a review or at the end of a 14-day review window.
If you need to update a review during the 14-day period, please contact us with the name of the guest and your comments.
