What should I do if my guest brings extra people?
If you can accommodate the larger group, and you'd like to charge extra for these guests, you can send your guest a message that includes the additional cost for the extra guests. If you have added a security deposit to the booking, you can make a security deposit claim for the additional cost. If not, you can contact us to collect the extra charge from the guest.
If you’re unable to accommodate the larger number of guests, let your guest know that your space isn’t the right fit for their group size, and ask them to cancel their booking. They’ll be refunded according to the cancellation policy.
