As a host, how do I make a change to a confirmed booking?
If you need to make a change to a confirmed booking, you can first confirm the change with your guest. You can request to change the dates of the booking, the price, or the security deposit.
If the guest accepts your request, the next step is to email us. We will update the booking and the guest will be charged or refunded if necessary. If the change is declined or you don’t receive a response, the booking will stay the same.
There are a few other things to know about submitting change requests:
- The cancellation policy will apply based on the new dates.
- If the dates of the booking have already passed, you can’t make any changes to the booking.
