Can I withdraw an offer that I've sent to a guest?

Yes, as long as a guest hasn’t already booked your space. Otherwise, there are no penalties for withdrawing an offer.

Guests are encouraged to book within 24 hours after you send an offer, so we recommend withdrawing it right away if you need to.

To withdraw an offer:

  1. Go to your Inbox
  2. Open the message from the guest you sent an offer to
  3. Click Decline on the top right-hand side
  4. To confirm, select the reason you are declining and write a message to your guest
  5. Click Decline Offer
