Will my refund be issued automatically?

No. We review each refund before approving it. Once approved, we notify you of the amount and send any eligible refund to the payment method you used when you booked. When you’ll get your refund depends on your payment method. It may take your payment provider up to 10 business days or longer to deposit the money into your account.

Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method that was used. If that payment method is no longer valid, or you have questions about the timing of your refund, please contact your payment provider directly—they’ll have the most up-to-date info.
