How much of a refund will I get if I cancel?
The amount of your refund depends on the cancellation policy and when you cancel.
- Refund amount: The amount of the refund won’t ever exceed the amount you’ve actually paid.
- Refund timing: Your refund won’t arrive right away, even though we send it as soon as we confirm your cancellation.
- Credits: Credits are not refundable.
- Service fees: Service fees for bookings are not refundable if:
- You cancel 48 hours after your booking is confirmed
- Your check-in time is less than 24 hours away
- You made another booking with overlapping dates (this prevents double-booking), or
- You’ve canceled more than 3 times in the last 12 months.
You may be entitled to a full refund if you have to cancel because of an extenuating circumstance
