What should I do if my host needs to cancel?
Note: If your host already cancelled your booking, a full refund will be processed manually. It can take anywhere from 2 to 15 business days for your refund to appear in your account, depending on your region and how you paid. Read more about when you'll get your refund.
If your host lets you know that they can’t accommodate your booking anymore, don’t cancel for them. If you cancel, you may not be eligible for a full refund depending on the cancellation policy.
Instead, ask your host to contact us immediately to initiate the cancellation. Your host can contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
