- Refund according to our cancellation policy
Depending on the booking and check-in dates, you may have the option to receive a booking credit.
Our team will only be able to offer you options within the cancellation policies available online.

Asking your host for a larger refund
If your booking doesn’t qualify for a full refund, you can always message your host to find out if they’re willing to give you an additional refund directly.
