What if I damage a space during a booking?

With every booking, you pay a security deposit. This amount is set by your host at the time of booking. In the event of damage or overtime in the space, costs associated with paying for either will be taken from your deposit. You are responsible for any damages that occur during the time of the booking, whether made by yourself or others in the space. Any damages that occur that won't be covered by the security deposit will need to be paid for separately to the host. You are also responsible to report any damages that occur during a booking to your host and our team immediately. Reporting it will make the payment and resolution process faster and easier.

If there are damages to the space you come across before you start your booking, report it to the thisopenspace Support Team immediately by emailing support@thisopenspace.com with the photos.
